Cancellations and Rescheduling
We appreciate that you chose Arukah for your wellness services. It is our absolute intention to provide you with our focused attention during your appointment. We ask that you give a 24 hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will result in a $50 charge to your card on file. You will be charged for your entire scheduled session if you no-show or cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you have the option to find someone else to take your appointment for you in order to avoid any charges. Please keep in mind when finding someone to take your appointment that we are a women’s wellness center and we serve women only.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand that things come up and that clients will be late due to things out of their control – traffic, last-minute phone calls, things at work/home, etc. It helps us greatly if you text or call and let us know if you are running late. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time will result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we will do our best to be on time, and if we am unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the session charge accordingly.
