LYmphatics

Lymphatic congestion is REAL and more common than you think. Our practitioner is a lymphedema therapist and is trained to treat a number of lymphatic disorders. A lymphatic session can help alleviate pain/discomfort, swelling, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, and more.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

These physical therapy sessions are so helpful and beneficial. Jordan, our Pelvic Health Physical Therapist is an expert in her field and your sessions with her can help treat incontinence, pain with intercourse, constipation, pelvic pain, hip pain, diastasis recti, uterine & rectal prolapse, and more!

INFaNT BODYWORK

Infant bodywork is our specialty! We have a practitioner on staff who has been specifically trained to help with infant fascial strain. Infant fascial strain can contribute to oral ties, colic, nursing issues, spit-up, lack of motor development, and more. We’d love to help make your life as a new mom easier.

Placenta Encapsulation

It’s time to enjoy your postpartum! It doesn’t have to be awful…in fact, it shouldn’t be. Placenta encapsulation benefits are amazing and will help you recover peacefully in your postpartum. Our specialist has over 10 years of experience as an encapsulator, so you’re in good hands.

BREAST THERMOGRAPHY

Breast Thermography is an accurate and non-invasive breast cancer screening tool. It is a well-established, FDA-approved technology with over 90% accuracy and has been shown to detect cancer at the earliest stages. Thermography is a great addition to your breast cancer screening regimen.

I've had several prenatal massages done by Ashley and I cannot recommend her enough - like other reviewers have mentioned, she has magic hands! I feel noticeably better for weeks after getting a massage.

Amazing service. Always above and beyond. I’ve had several massages with Ashley. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced but she has a gift for understanding massage especially when it comes to issues or problem areas. My shoulder was AWFUL before coming to see Ashley. I thought for sure I’d need surgery at some point it was so bad and painful. My job requires me to carry a lot of heavy gear on primarily one shoulder and there really was no solution I could find. How do I make an appointment at Arukah Wellness?

What therapies are available?

We offer various massage/bodywork modalities, skin care services, pelvic health physical therapy, lymphatic therapy, breast thermography, infant bodywork, and birth & postpartum services.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we are unable to bill insurance directly, but many insurance providers will reimburse for services rendered. Your practitioner can provide you with an invoice that you’ll be able to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash and card, as well as various types of electronic payment methods like PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, etc.

Can I book an appointment with a gift certificate?

If redeeming a gift card for a service, a valid credit card must be provided to book a session. At the end of the service, please present the gift card for final payment.

Can I bring my children to my appointment?

At Arukah, we strive to maintain a comforting and calm environment for clients and staff, so as a courtesy, it is asked that you do not bring your infants, toddlers, or older children in, unless they are specifically scheduled for an appointment. Children may not at any time be left unattended and unsupervised in the lobby, restroom, or treatment rooms.
